Training

Philosophy

True to our mission of helping businesses achieve their profitability, efficiency and productivity goals, GTI Canada proudly announces an all new service designed to allow clients to enhance market competitiveness: office automation training.

Personalized Services

Contrary to what one readily finds in the marketplace, we at GTI believe that, when it comes to learning, it is not content which dictates needs, rather needs which dictate content.

Realizing all too well that pre-packaged programs are poorly adapted to client specifics and strategic objectives, GTI Canada is proud to offer a custom alternative. Each training plan is developed in conjunction with client managers, the ultimate aim being to guarantee the optimal use of computer resources.

In this light and with a view to guaranteeing our clients best training practices, we have entered into an exclusive partnership with Sylbert Academy.

In just over 10 years, Sylbert Academy has earned an enviable reputation among firms specializing in office automation training. The company’s approach indeed blends seamlessly with that of GTI.

Aspiring to the same quality criteria, partners GTI and Sylbert Academy provide clients with access to highly qualified facilitators skilled in organizing training tailored to client-specific IT needs and objectives.

Rigorous Approach

The 5-point GTI Process ensures clients rigour and precision throughout training plan development.

  1. Familiarization.

    • Establishes training objectives together with the client manager;
    • Evaluates and groups together users based on skills and aptitudes. The object of this exercise is to asses each individual’s level of technological proficiency and to define learning needs.

  2. Analysis.

GTI analyses information collected and puts it into perspective based on the strategic objectives of the individual client.

  3. Recommendation.

GTI draws up a training plan (lists of participants, content, documentation, budget, timetable, follow-up, etc.) which is subsequently validated by the client manager.

  4. Implementation.

GTI implements the finalized training plan and courses based on the timetable agreed with the client manager.

  5. Follow-up.

Upon completion of training and remittance of attestations (for the purpose of qualification under the provisions of Bill 90), the GTI Canada training manager and client manager agree on an approach for measuring the level of post-training learning integration.
This subsequent evaluation helps determine whether additional follow-up training is required. Participants are also called upon to evaluate the training facilitator.
