Maël leads GTI’s Business Solutions division and its four practices: FileMaker, digital technologies, AI adoption, and business consulting.
He approaches AI adoption in four steps: governance, documentation, training and change management. He builds Quebec’s Law 25 requirements into a project from the design stage.
Bilingual, he works in Montreal and is an EMBA candidate at Université de Sherbrooke.
