The 5th position is 8fit. This application is one of our summer favourites because it combines workouts and good nutrition.
Personalized workout and nutrition plans are based on your weight, age, and habits. Specific advice and recipes will be provided daily and will allow you to achieve your wellness goals.
The only hitch is that you have to pay to access all the apps.
4) POCKET YOGA: PRACTICE YOGA EVERYWHERE
Do you want to find balance in your body and have more energy to invest in your daily life? Pocket Yoga is the app you need. This app allows you to follow guided yoga exercises and movements explained through videos. This app is really useful, clear and ideal to start yoga.
The only problem for French speakers: the app is only available in English for now.
3) RUNNIN CITY: TO MIX CULTURE AND SPORT
Do you like running? Runnin’City just makes the podium. This is a simple and effective tourist running app, ideal for exploring a city while exercising. No need to spend hours thinking about your itinerary, Runnin City is free and should delight you on your next city trip!

This app is for swimmers. Swimio offers fun challenges such as swimming accross Venice or the Grand Canyon . Also available on the Apple Watch, Swimio allows you to analyze your performance throughout your activities.

This app offers all the resources you need to learn how to run better: GPS tracking, weekly, monthly and personalized distance challenges, coaching programs adapted to your goals, interactions with your friend… Finally, the app has a great aesthetic, and is ergonomic, even addictive. So, no more excuses to get to working out!
