GTI: A trusted partner for AQTIS

Following the positive results of a first collaboration, AQTIS (l’Alliance québécoise des techniciens de l’image et du son) is expanding its partnership with GTI by granting them new responsibilities in the management of their IT. By consolidating this collaboration, AQTIS is accompanied by a multidisciplinary team that will help them effectively achieve their IT goals.

FILEMAKER OUTSOURCING

Mandated at first to conduct an audit of their internal management solution SIGMA, GTI was entrusted with outsourcing the maintenance activities and optimization of their FileMaker solutions. For AQTIS, delegating these tasks provides an opportunity to improve the performance and stability of its solution, but also to maximize its investment by promoting evolving solutions.

NETWORK AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT

GTI was also selected to provide Managed Services for AQTIS. The outsourcing service includes the management of its infrastructure and of various elements of its computer equipment including, among others, its security and networking equipment as well as its servers and printers. GTI's expertise in security and monitoring is also involved in the process by providing AQTIS with its Preventive morning surveillance service. For the organisation, delegating these aspects guarantees an efficient management of its information technology, but also ensures it is effectively supported. The GTI team has been working on the success of its new partner since March.
