LAMCOM'S CHALLENGE
According to Daniel Lefebvre, President Become recognized as a creator of solutions in printing and visual communications. This challenge involves the implementation of three strategies:- Promote creation and production services that guarantee the company’s positioning
- Simplify the processes of preparing service proposals and managing daily operations and their related financial transactions
- Entrust the design and management of an integrated IT solution to an external resource to support these new administrative processes
GTI’S CONTRIBUTION
Increase productivity within the sales and operations management teams in a hybrid technology environment. GTI stands out thanks to its mastery of hybrid Apple and Windows environments, entrepreneur-to-entrepreneur relationships, and a desire to establish long-term business partnerships. Since 2002, GTI has helped us reposition the company and implement an ERP solution tailored to our needs. Specifically, GTI developed:- A FileMaker solution to manage works in progress that allows for the drafting of client quotes, the indication of steps to completion, and the issuance of instruction forms and delivery forms. The solution also features a module for documenting work (ISO sheet, Print Curve, printer type, etc.) and for managing work-related documents.
- A dashboard with realtime display of performance indicators such as sales per category, per client, and per advisor, or the number of estimates per advisor and per step. This solution was developed using KlipFolio and the information provided comes from both FileMaker solution, the ACCPAC accounting system, and Microsoft Excel documents.
- Two connectors, one between the ACCPAC accounting system and the FileMaker solution allowing the transfer of billing forms and client or project information; and one between FileMaker and the ITESMEDIA solution for displaying information hubs for pending installations.
