Salvail & Co. Selects GTI as IT Partner

The first steps towards IT peace of mind

Since July 2016, GTI's Managed IT Services team has been the IT department for Salvail & Co. and manages the IT infrastructure and computing equipment for the growing group. To ensure proper control of the managed infrastructure, GTI’s team began with a summary audit of the IT infrastructure. At this stage, our experts drew up a network map as well as an exhaustive inventory of the hardware and software used at Salvail & Co. The objective: get an overview of the situation in order to quickly propose solutions in line with the specific challenges and needs of the company. The audit culminated in a meeting with Salvail & Co. executives to validate the GTI team’s understanding of the company's IT objectives and business practices. From then on, recommendations for quantified and prioritized improvements, in the form of an annual IT investment plan, were issued to respond to the priority issues identified during the audit and to optimize their infrastructure in the upcoming months.
