• Optimize the management of requests,
• Make sponsorship activities more efficient.

Solution

Our Software Solutions team developed a solution based on a Web interface.

Results

The system enables:

• The qualification of received requests,
• Follow-up on approved event activities,
• Budget and associated expenses.

Using customized fields, it is possible to enter all the required information according to the type of activity (location, guest list, presence of a leader, etc.). The solution also includes other convenient features such as adding attachments, generating PDF or Excel reports with a FileMaker module, and synchronizing events with their Activity Management Calendar.
