Passionate and creative, Christian constantly seeks innovation. Honest and authentic, he is an entrepreneur through and through, and dedicates himself body and soul to his clients’ projects and their success.


Known and respected in the industry, he started in the sector of marketing communications, quickly recognizing the role of IT in managing target markets.

In 1999, he becomes partner with Andrée Blais, founder of GTI Canada. Together, they decide to offer IT services to a clientele of entrepreneurs and managers hoping to achieve growth, profitability and efficiency objectives. Under his presidency, the company takes off, and in 2014, GTI Canada celebrates its 25 years in business!

Invited to share his vision, this ambitious businessman admits his plans to expand the company outside of Quebec and conquer the Canadian market!

Andrée is rigorous, has incredible analytic abilities, and is unfailingly reliable. Born in a family of entrepreneurs and focusing her know-how on a growing SMB, she quickly saw the tremendous potential that information technologies can represent for business leaders. An expert in the analysis of business processes, she is a pioneer in the design of business solutions for SMB, and continues to expertly lead large-scale projects.


Since she founded GTI in 1989, Andrée has successfully built solid and lasting business relations with her clients. This multi-talented businesswoman prefers maintaining direct relationships with each of them to better understand their needs and offer customized solutions designed by the GTI team.


Jocelyn Ostiguy

With great human qualities, Jocelyn has 12 years of expertise in the field of IT over more than 15 years of experience in leadership and coordination in design and communications.


During all these years, his career also led him to accumulate 14 years in adult education.
Featuring several strings to his bow, the designer in him is all the more an asset on which GTI can count. His experience and communication skills also make him an accomplished team manager and planner for GTI.

A seasoned and enthusiastic professional with nearly 20 years of experience and numerous accomplishments in the managed services industry, Raphaël has a degree in Business Administration and has numerous accreditations in technology and work team management.


Thanks to his experience combined with a solid technical background, Raphaël helps give new rise to our Managed Services division. Responsible for growing GTI’s product and service offering, he leads a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 people. His ability to popularize technologies and motivate his teams by achieving results make him an asset for our customers and our employees.

Sébastien Plante

Gifted with a great analytical capability, Sébastien understands IT-related concerns in companies. His 10 technical proven experience years give him approved knowledge combined with genuine managerial talents.

Both methodic and rigorous, Sébastien makes sure that the Outsourcing team always delivers high quality services.


In 2016, he had the will to improve his management knowledges and succeeded with a project management diploma from HEC.

Sébastien knows well how to prioritize his work and always put customer relation in the heart of his preoccupation.

As a team player and a communicative person, he does his best to popularize technical jargon to adapt to his interlocutors.

With more than 10 years of experience and a Master in Human Resources, Fanny is passionate about this field! Learning new techniques, adapting to different markets and searching innovative ideas are many reasons that make her job so enjoyable.


Proactive, organized and thorough, she sees challenges like opportunities to learn even more. During recruitment, she makes sure to sense the specific needs of the job in order to find the next addition to our collection of awesome team members, but she also creates a new career opportunity for the candidate.

Thanks to her experience, skillful and knowledge of the market and GTI, Fanny has also been entrusted with the direction of Marketing and Communications of the company allowing a close collaboration between these two departments.
