At the dawn of the Just for Laughs Summer Festival in 2014, the website managers of www.hahaha.com wanted to migrate their website and Drupal content management platform at multiplemedia, in a new hosting environment as robust and efficient as possible. This first step completed, MultipleMedia accompanied the team of Just For Laughs in updating their website content, while designing a series of improvements to the user experience: review of the online shopping process; integration of a calendar of events; design of a new page of useful information for festival-goers, just to name a few. Improvements that added content and simplicity, contributing to the development of a more pleasant user experience.
