Dear customers and partners,
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Raphaël Paillard as Vice-President, Managed Services and Chief Technology Officer.
As part of his new functions, Mr. Paillard will work with his team to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service for our Managed Services and Cloud divisions. He will assume this position as of today, October 13, 2020 and will report directly to me.
Responsible for growing GTI‘s product and service offering, Mr. Paillard will lead a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 people. A member of the company’s Management Committee, he will be called upon to develop new business opportunities while supporting all clients. His ability to popularize technologies and motivate his teams by achieving results make him an asset for our customers and our employees.
A seasoned and enthusiastic professional with extensive experience and many accomplishments in the Managed Services industry, Mr. Paillard graduated in Business Administration from Lycée Louis de Foix and has numerous accreditations in technology and team management.
With 8 years as Director of Managed Services at S3 Technologies, Mr. Paillard will contribute, thanks to his experience combined with a solid technical background, to giving new impetus to our Managed Services division. It will be my pleasure to introduce him to you in a few weeks.
