P-39.1 and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, S.C. 2000, c. 5 and other similar provincial laws, as well as the regulations, interpretation bulletins, notices and decisions of the public bodies responsible for their execution.

7. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
7.1 Applicable version.
The Notice takes effect on the last update date mentioned at the very beginning of the Notice and replaces all previous versions.
