In 2006, following an audit of our existing IT infrastructure and the accompanying detailed recommendations, our IT service was outsourced to GTI. They assumed all the responsibilities of our IT department and also participated in developing IT investment programs linked to Attraction’s growth.
Since then, GTI designs, coordinates and implements all required infrastructure projects for acquisitions, relocating to new office space, selecting and implementing remote access technology for telecommuting and the transmission of images, voice and data. Our computing equipment has actually tripled in size in order to adequately meet all these needs.
GTI also ensures the quality of supplier and sub-contractor relationships. Most importantly, GTI offers support 24/7 through the presence of an onsite technician during business hours and access to emergency telephone support at all times.
