For this year’s update, MultipleMedia created a whole new digital concept around this pass. Since die-hard fans deserve special treatment, ComedyCon events can only be accessed with specific passes.

To make that possible online, some changes had to be made to profile management. Through the login, jfl42.com detects which pass each user holds. Personalized content is then presented to users depending on their level of access.

To fit the Festival’s evolving needs, MultipleMedia has brought user experience to a new level while getting by Ticketmaster’s restrictions. Users holding multiple passes are now warned to complete their ticket transfer from one pass to another.
