According to the analysis of the 2015 navigation data, 97% of hahaha.com visits led to the Festival pages against a thin 3% to corporate sections. To provide them a premium showcase, MultipleMedia designed a website to separate their content from the masses: justforlaughs.com!
Unified design
Respecting Just for Laughs’ branding, the corporate site’s design is very close to that of the Festival which was redesigned in parallel by MultipleMedia.
To please small screens as well as much larger ones (think of your 75” TV), the website design goes far beyond the usual responsiveness (yes, 5 media queries)!
From Strategic Alliances to On TV, the home page clearly puts each section of the site forward while displaying the Group’s numerous festivals .
An elastic search engine
The corporate website also benefits from the new high performance search engine developed by MultipleMedia using Elasticsearch technology. With its advanced research and accurate results, the content you’re looking for is only a few clicks away.
Centralized navigation
To bridge the gap with hahaha.com and all other festivals in the family, a MEGA menu was used. Available at all times from any page, the content is independent from one language to another, providing maximum flexibility.
Content to its full potential
Content-wise, the beauty of this development is its flexibility. With the new corporate web site, each department now owns a complete section. By creating as many tabs as necessary, the sections have the opportunity to become true microsites!
