Welcoming women in IT!

According to a TECHNOCompétences study, only 20% of jobs in the IT sector are held by women. This disparity could be explained by various factors such as the low interest of women in the sector, not knowing the types of jobs or the lack of female role models.

However, we could all benefit from including more the potential of women in the field! Whether it’s to add new interpersonal skills to the team such as empathy, communication, emotional intelligence and creativity, or simply to increase the diversity.

Today, working as an IT technician allows her to combine her love of customer service with her passion for technology.
