GTI has developed a new online insurance quote application that's fully responsive for the large Canadian insurance broker with about a hundred offices in Ontario and Alberta. BrokerLink wanted to provide an accessible user experience that complies with WCAG 2.0 guidelines, while offering a quote price as accurate as possible and an attractive offer for its customers. The company also sought to optimize conversion rates. In the end, GTI has created a customer friendly application that allows users of the site to have live support to complete a quote at any moment using their phone, the chat application or with the help of brokers co-browsing their quote at the same time they do.
