Partick Hardy, Partner, Vice-President, Managed Services, was on board at the Trust X Alliance Invitational event, taking place in Los Angeles from May 16 to 19. GTI is proud to be part of this exclusive community in partnership with Ingram Micro, reserved for the elite of IT services providers.

Participants were invited to multiple conferences presenting new products being launched on the market and the latest industry trends. Among the many themes discussed, the most popular were new ways to optimize the use of the Cloud and trends in IT security and information assets protection. The presentation of recent technology and products by many providers like Lenovo, HP, Cisco and Microsoft were also highly anticipated. The conference Leading Breakthrough Performance on branding the client’s experience given by the renowned Ryan Estis was certainly one of the event’s highlights.

Patrick, who was at his second participation at a Trust X Alliance event, affirms that it was the perfect opportunity to meet and exchange with other professionals from the industry, as many of them face the same challenges as GTI. He also interacted with providers with whom we are in business, in order to build strong and personalized relationships.

GTI, member of Chapter of the year

The Trust X Alliance is divided in 14 Chapters based on geographic regions in Canada, United State  and United Kingdom. The Quebec division of the community, named Chapter Fleur de Lys, won the award of Chapter of the year at the Trust X Alliance Awards. The award recognizes their participation and exemplary implication in addition to their performance improvements over the past year.

The Trust X Alliance community counts more than 350 members in North America and the United Kingdom. Its members, representing the cream of the crop of IT service providers, are first and foremost important Ingram Micro clients. They also have to pass the selection comity in order to enter this coveted group.
