Needs

Involved in many corporate activities, our business partner Bell needed a tool as a calendar. The main goal was to simplified the management of events involving its executives and departments.

Solution

The new Web interface allows business units to add their activities according to their specific needs (fields and custom filters) as a calendar or list. These are then grouped under a single corporate list accessible to the entire organization.

Results

While they can be entered manually, activities also synchronize from their sponsorship requests and donation and contribution follow-up solutions. The system also includes an access management feature to hide specific events and can also generate custom reports that can be exported in Excel.  Technologies: FileMaker, Java, Excel
