The solution developed for Bell is a complete solution that enables:

• Billing management for tendered projects,
• Tracking of budget estimates.

Results

With a few clicks, data are easily exported to Excel to generate reports, while invoices are easily transferred to the accounting department in PDF. The system is also very practical for interacting with agencies. Expenses can be approved directly from the solution, while agencies can access the system from a Web interface to follow up on projects and submit cost estimates.
