The Bell company asked GTI to developed a solution to effectively manage Bell's donation and contribution requests country-wide.

Solution

Our Software Solutions team has developed a solution available through a Web interface. It allows the company to:

• Qualify requests received,
• Manage the approval and translation workflow,
• Follow up on granted amounts (past and future).

Results

The solution combines two separate interfaces and an integrated FileMaker module. The first allows requests for stewardship progress reports to be sent to beneficiary organizations and to be notified when the information has been transmitted. The second is used to translate requests (French <> English) and includes features to compare and follow up different versions of documents. Finally, the module allows payments to be issued and Excel reports to be created. Technologies: Java, FileMaker, mySQL, Excel
