SOLUTION

The customized software solution combines various integration elements that communicate successfully with each other. These elements are as follows:

• A web form – Jotform
• A database – FileMaker
• An organizational tool – Trello
• An IP telephony solution – Ubity

RESULTS

This customized software solution has made it easier for our business development team to track calls. More specifically:

• It allows the FileMaker database to be notified in real time as soon as a web form is submitted to it
• The solution allows you to initiate follow-up calls directly from its interface. It then compiles the audio recordings of the calls.
• Finally, it tracks status changes in the Trello tool in real time and keeps a tracking history.
